Who we are

Legnosistemi is a company that has specialized in the design and creation of displays for over 15 years

Our displays are characterized by a exclusive design And creative; They can also be made in other materials such as: osb, plexiglass, dibond, forex, Of various measures And combinations.

The exhibitors are modular, all characterized by resistence And stability, quality of materials and from a practice interlocking structure, without the use of nails, glue or screws, which facilitates transport and packaging.

Legnosistemi è stato autorizzato alla produzione di cassette in abete a norma ISPM/15 e ha avuto l’autorizzazione alla marchiatura degli stessi con il logo FITOK.

La garanzia del marchio  indica che il materiale è privo di organismi nocivi e può essere esportato all’estero.

Il marchio FITOK è di proprietà del Consorzio Servizi Legno-Sughero che rilascia l’autorizzazione all’utilizzo del medesimo marchio.

The first phase is the customer's request for a project that we are ready to listen to and implement with innovative ideas that increase your sales.

RENDERING

Let's move on to the creation of the project in digital format "Render" of the display to be designed. This phase is important to understand what your shelf looks like.

QUALITY CHECK'

Check-up - Project

All works pass through this phase with continuous monitoring even after completion. Once confirmed, we proceed with the quality control which consists of checking every part of the display (joints and shapes)

CUTTING AND PRODUCTION

Production and Cutting

The fourth phase is the production and cutting of the display. We have 2 numerically controlled pantographs, ensuring efficient, precise and rapid production. Each job is rechecked and a sample is mounted, checking: joints, resistance, measurements and more.

PRINTS AND DYES

Painting and Prints

The next step, if requested, is the coloring of the display, with non-toxic water-based colors in full respect of the environment and high resolution printing which is divided into 3 types: four-colour, laser engraving and single-colour screen printing. The choice of suppliers is fundamental so as to be able to offer an excellent product.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING

Packaging and Shipping

We have reached the final stage of production. Legnosistemi packages meticulously and with a certified and controlled method. All displays come disassembled and individually packaged with airball and mounting card inside for quick and easy assembly. Packaging with cardboard and polystyrene on request.

We also carry out laser processing on behalf of third parties of various materials such as wood, plexus, PVC and more

Ground Launch Display Assembly

Our displays are completely dismantled in order to reduce transport costs. Assembly is simple and quick thanks to the careful design of the joints which allow quick assembly without the need for fixing with screws or glue.
