The LS 513 chocolate chopping board is made of solid beech wood (32 mm thickness). In addition, it is equipped with a 4 mm stainless steel blade with a wooden handle, the blade is fixed on the cutting board so as to have a secure grip and a better lever in breaking up the chocolate.
